IBM Hard Drive Class Action Lawsuit

Have you purchased an IBM 75GXP series hard drive in the last year or so?
Did it happen to fail on you? You're not alone. In fact, you are so not
alone that a class action lawsuit has been filed that takes exception with
the "reliability" claims that IBM has made with regard to the disks. Class
action suits usually end up making the lawyers wealthy and provide squat
for those represented, but at least it's something. May as well get your
name on the list if you've been bitten.
