Mini-CRM sorta...

I have a client looking for AS/400 sw that deals with tracking a sale from the 
discovery phase(who should/can I call) to close of the sale. Here are the high 
points needed

Support multiple contacts per company
Needs to be able track the progress thru 7 to 10 phases
Needs to be able to trigger other user define processes at each phase

Anyone have suggestion?
