Thank you Martin -- I will definitely check this out. In the meantime, I
showed my boss the Ops Nav trick (thank you to everyone who suggested
that), and I think that may do the trick for now. We had looked all over
for a "copy to database file" option in there -- I don't know why we
didn't try drag & drop (probably seemed way to simple! :-)

Anyway -- thank you, everybody, for your help!
