Assuming that the spool file is created by a program, and that you know the
name of the program, you could put a CLP with the same name higher on the
library list and have that CLP do an OVRPRTF OPNSCOPE(*JOB) before calling
the VENDORLIB/VENDORPGM.  Then the CL program could DLTOVR before ENDPGM.
