Although the OS may be growing revenue, CBS.MARKETWATCH.COM is saying that
many tech stocks, including IBM having some downturn, although it could be
part & parcel of where a company makes a lot of bucks but not as much as the
stock market talking heads predicted so they thumbs down on the stock.

There is the matter of market share, so that when the economy picks up, who
most likely to lead, and to what degree these analysts have a piece of the
future action (what we have learned from ENRON).
