Re: Authority issue

Check on the security as to who is authorized to do the program or in the
library that it is in.  It may be that new programs that you add are
automatically added to an appropriate user group & that you are signed on
using a profile that is not in the group.  Alternatively, the file was added
to the right group, but the program was not.
