I call RPG all the time from C.  C works great for some things...but
reading and updating a data base is NOT one of them. Or messing with
display files for that matter.

But I agree with others.  Doing so out of a multithreaded app would
have to be done very carefully.  Because those "etc's" from your other
email will bite and bite hard.
