Jim,  I cannot see a V4R5 PTF released against the APAR MA23911, which is
mentioned in the MF27323 PTF coverletter.
 I suspect that they have missed the Dec 31, target date.

I too an eagerly awaiting this PTF.

Any IBM folks give a better answer????
