convert afp spool to MS Word

I am looking for a tool to convert as400 *afpds & *scs spool files to MS Word 
format like .rtf or .doc.
Spool files have images, text, etc. Must not alter appearance. These are legal 
documents, currently written from rpg (*afpds) or Officevision MRGDOC (*scs). 
All docs are dynamically generated in batch. Currently user does nothing except 
retreive from the printer.
Need characteristics like bold, underline, multiple fonts.
Have current tool from Gumbo Software to convert to pdf (works great) but this 
customer demands "Word".

Very small shop, S10 server. Anything available and "reasonable"?
