I would suggest changing your CMD defaults for CRTPF to

Initial Size :  100,000
Increment Value:    50,000
Number of Increments:    10

or something to that effect.(that is the path we took)

*NOMAX is dangerous and pragmatically not needed with raised limits like
the one above.
