You can just recompile the trigger program, but you'll need to get an
exclusive lock on the physical file when the replace happens.  You can't do
it on the fly.  You also can't compile the trigger to a library higher on
the library list and slip it in.

Can I disable the triggers, recompile the trigger programs, and then
re-enable the triggers to pick-up the "new" version of the trigger
program, or do I have to RMVPFTRG and ADDPFTRG to get the new programs.
