There's a CHGAUT command that might help ?
Do an <F4> on it and see it that is what you are looking for.

CHMOD only appears to change file permissions.  I have a file in the IFS
that is "readonly" and I want to remove that attribute.  CHMOD doesn't seem
to do that.
