The problem here is the person replying to the Digest, not the Digest itself.
We all are sometimes lazy, some people lazy more often.
Reply to Digest should cut & paste the original subject to the Subject of the
reply & be extremely careful not to quote the entire digest in the reply to
one part of it.
This means that people replying to digest mode have to do a little more work
than people replying to ordinary messages, but there are lazy users of both
digest & standard.
