The SMB domain name (and system name) are restricted to 15 characters.  I
haven't noticed that there is a bug in this particular area but ensure you
have the latest NetServer and QNTC PTFs applied.

Also, ensure that the SMB domain name really is TECHSOFTWAREINC.  You could
use my DSPSMBSVRA and CHGSMBSVRA commands or do it from OpsNav.

Also, check the value of Network Server Domain in CHGNETA.  I don't think
this will have an effect but you never know since the documentation for all
this stuff is extremely weak.
