RE: Probably very easy, Newbie question

If you attempt to do GO SAVE 21 from a device other than the console, the
display panels are very clear as to why.  This problem seems to be a bad
configuration or software error.  Possibly not having all of the required
PTFs loaded.

i think that was the whole issue though.
she didn't have/ or have access to the console.
