 Cause . . . . . :   The Management Central function cannot support the

   requested authentication level.  The system has not been properly
configured
   to communicate through Management Central function using the requested

   authentication level.

 Recovery  . . . :   In order to support encryption/authentication levels

   greater than 0, a digital certificate must be created and configured to
be
   used by Management Central.  The digital certificate must be signed by a

   trusted certificate authority.  Additional information and help is
available
   through the Operations Navigator online help.



I have never had to use SSL before to connect to the Management Central
In Operations Navigator…and when I set it up to work w/ SSL it starts
But I still can’t connect to it from CA Express.
