End-of-Month & Physical Inventory FUBAR caused by Hardware failure solved
fortunately ... IBM hardware support was just great.

IBM Invoicing FUBAR has several people climbing the walls, at my company & at
the outfit that is our IBM partner, especially since this is just like the
FUBAR we had this time last year that took months to resolve, except this one
is worse than the last one, and we also had a FUBAR a year before that which
had some similarities, but basically each annual event is several orders of
magnitude worse than the previous one - I shuddered to imagine what next
year's will be like, if this trend continues, which is why I suggested the
boss have the lawyers send IBM a polite letter asking why we cannot have what
we contracted for & paid several thousand dollars for, and include with that
letter a copy of our check to IBM or whatever passes for proof of payment in
these days of electronic fund transfers.

Joining iNation on my to do list - I bookmarked both what Janet & JT sent.

I am home early from work because I had a relapse from the flu, and wanted to
get in my car & drive home before I felt much worse (I violated my own rule
about not driving when I felt worse than 75%) & am looking at my e-mail on
the way to bed ... lord reading this list is like a drug, it sucks me in - I
am addicted.
