Starting around Thursday of last week, Client Access began sending an error
message when we attempt to download members from a file on our system. The
message says the file cannot be found, but the file and member exist.

The library is secured by an authorization list containing the user profile
attempting the download with *ALL authority to the library. In addition,
the file itself has the user specified with *ALL authority. These are the
result of changes made to make the download work.

We are at security level 40 on V4R1. No PTFs have been installed and no
changes have been made to Client Access. The only thing I can think of is
that a RCLSTG was attempted and aborted before it was finished.

Any suggestions as to what the problem is will be greatly appreciated as we
are stumped.
