My previous answer did leave out an important piece of information!

How To Do It:

        CRTPF FILE(yourlib/yourfile) RCDLEN(133)

        CPYSPLF FILE(jobprtfname) TOFILE(yourlib/yourfile) +
                        JOB(nbr/user/jobname) CTLCHAR(*FCFC)

        Here's the part I left out:

                OVRPRTF FILE(QSYSPRT) CTLCHAR(*FCFC)

        CPYF FROMFILE(yourlib/yourfile) TOFILE(QSYSPRT)


This reprints with standard SCS formatting intact; I'm not sure how
it handles AFP or IPDS files.
