The main ones (that I use) are
QUSLSPL -  List spooled files
QUSRSPLA - Retrieve spooled file info

Then there are the User Space ones to actually get at the data
QUSCRTUS - Create user space
QUSRTVUS - Retrieve user space
QUSPTRUS - Retrieve Pointer to User Space (optional, but makes the
process a bit faster, so I'm told)

Then to work with output queues I use
QUSLOBJ -  List Objects (I use it to get a list of the *OUTQs)
QSPROUTQ - Retrieve *OUTQ info.

If you want examples, feel free to get my code and have a dig around.
Hopefully it's well commented ;-)
