I'm trying to setup a Lexmark Optra N printer to print some reports on
A3 paper, landscape position.
I need that the printed area starts at about 3 centimeters from the left
margin.
I've been fiddling with WSCST definition file, but have not had success.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
