We have a remote user that just had their computer rebuilt and now they
can't access QDLS. They are using CA 3.2 and we are at V4R5. They can see
their 400s at their location just now ours. They have reinstalled CA and
made sure there was file support. Absolutely nothing has changed on our end
as far as we know. We are at a loss of what to do.

Any other ideas?
