What on earth made people think otherwise ?

The best rule of thumb to figure out if CFINTxx is going to kick in is -
will this program open a *DSPF[1] ?

If the answer is yes, CFINTxx will bite.

[1] included in *DSPF in things like menus, panel groups, etc.
