I haven't made it to the dime store.  I'm still in the penny arcade.  Please
don't take this as legal advice.  But I've read a number of cases where
agreements between parties are invalidated by the courts.  Companies tend to
(try to) protect their own interests via agreements that conflict with the
interests of the public, law, and even constitutional rights.

Having said that, I don't recommend that anybody buy Fast400 from Tiger
Tools.
