We are new to AS/400 so don't have anything to compare it to, but ours
works great. Had to restore our system from a backup and didn't have any
problems. Just make sure you get the H11 model, not the L11. Our IBM
business partner that ordered the equipment ordered a L11 - Which BTW
looked like the right move if you went by the IBM website - but the L11
doesn't work with an AS/400.

We are buying a 820 DDS and they have on the config for a tape drive the
following:

3580-H11 ULTRIUM TAPE DRIVE - LTO

Has anyone heard any issues with this device.

Thanks in advance
