We did look at and change the mode settings, to no avail in our situation.
But, they do reflect the number of sessions (or something to that effect) we
are VERY new to this remote site thing!  So, it makes sense if the site that
is partially up has more sessions than the sites that are working fine.  It
doesn't make sense with the site that is totally down because even the
default value should allow for some sessions. I feel your pain, brother!
