First thing to check is your system occupancy:  WRKSYSSTS and see how
full your disk drives are.  And then check the system values-- the
one that sends you a warning message when it gets to that level of
fullness.  If you're over that system value limit, SNADS stops
sending until you drop below the threshold and WRKDSTQ/send any queue
with stuff still in it.
