Is it possible to modify the TBSBLSPR program in QUSRTOOL to check for the
user, then, comparing that to value stored in say, a data queue, if the user
changed, kick out a separator page?  Check out TBSINFO in QusrTool/QattInfo
to see if it'll work for you.
