It shouldn't take very long using some sort of tool. I have done it the
hard way in a couple of days, so the learning curve is really on the
package. I'm not familar with PPK, but PSF printing isn't too bad,
"unless" you are using some wierd printer. A "native" IPDS printer
will certainly cut down on the learning curve, but it can be done
with one of the cheaper PC printers and HPT.
