How about....

DSPOPT VOL(*MOUNTED) DEV(OPT01) PATH('/*')

to see the volume information and

DSPOPT VOL(*MOUNTED) DEV(OPT01) DATA(*FILATR) PATH('/*')

to see the file attributes.

If it is a traditional OS/400 SAV format, try...

DSPOPT VOL(*MOUNTED) DEV(OPT01) DATA(*SAVRST) PATH('/*')
