Hi Nathan,

What makes me think that is what I've been hearing on this list, i.e.
FAST400 can flip a bit and avoid the CFINT slowdown. When you pay IBM for
more CPW, they do not replace the CPU, they insert a card that tells CFINT
to not slow you down so much.  No one has mentioned reconfiguring the Power
PC chip to increase speed.
