I always enjoy the week after our scheduled downtimes.  You know, after we
put on the latest cum and group ptf's, saves and rclstg's.

So far...
9 separate pmr's opened with IBM - 2 closed 7 still open
3 separate incidents opened with Lotus - 1 closed, 2 open

Oh well, that was last week.  Hopefully this week will be better.  Glad to
see the list back online.
