Dave,

This would definitely not be a fast process, but since this is a one-time
process you might not care about the efficiency.
If the system that your Oracle database is on can support an ODBC connection
to the AS/400 you could push/export the data to the AS/400.
If this is not an option, you could use a PC as a go-between and link to
both systems via ODBC.
These are not efficient options, but should work with a minimal amount of
new development/effort.
