Are the users going to be signing on from PC's?  Are they going to be
logging into the PC's each time they login to the AS400?

CAE400 has the ability to base the workstation id on the network user profile.

Other than that, I doubt it's possible ... since the workstation device is
created, and allocated, long before the user actually signs on.
