QSECOFR could not (was unable) to delete QPRINT in QUSRSYS lib. I tried
with both the QSECOFR profile and with my own profile ( both of which
have QSECOFR authorities). I did a wrkobj and gave myself full rights
to the QPRINT object but still was unable to delete it.

The owner (creator) of the object in QUSRSYS lib is QTCP. Which make
sense because we tried moving QPRINT to TCP/IP printing. We have since
decided TCP/IP printing was not the best method for QPRINT.

We moved all the spool files from QPRINT IN QUSRSYS to QPRINT IN QGPL
but still was not able to delete QPRINT (QUSRSYS).
