Check the settings in your IBMAFP printer on the PC.  There is a default
setting there that will give exactly the results you are describing.  I'm
not near a driver right now so I can't look, but I do remember that the
setting is obscure and seemingly unrelated.

I found this also - best to change your file OVERLAY to LVLCHK(*NO) !
I have been trying this out after seeing the recent posts.
My current problem is that any text in the overlay is gobledy-gook
(probably ascii characters).
