Or type "ibm custom technology center" or even better "iseries ctc" into a 
Google search. Some good possibilities through there.

The TCP/IP Sockets APIs are something of a subset of their Sockets Server 
products which are *NOT* free. Still, it doesn't take much ROI calculation to 
see that there's real value there. Those base client APIs are a great 
introduction.
