Thks guys,

I set this up originally - but as its
not a full production machine yet, i hadnt
hit any performance issues. Im sure it must
have been in a hub or somethin' originally
as i've always thought it was a 100mg card.

Anyway, Ive set it to 100M full duplex - and its
still working (so far)! Bit hard to tell subjectively
on a telnet CA session if things are any better,
but i'll assume so.

Cheers,

Ian.

The point here is that we've had some interesting times with the Duplex
mode. When tuning for TCP/IP performance, *FULL duplex gets a great
bang for the effort! So YES, YES, YES, set that SWITCH (kill all
AS/400 connections using HUBS!)to Full Duplex and set the LIND to *Full.
Let your 400 breath!

Best Regards
