We have several 400s in our computer room, but we still have a white CISC
E04 that we purchased in 1991 (I think).  That would make it 10 years old.
We have had exactly 4 hours of unscheduled downtime in 10 years.  We do not
use it for much any more, but I am determined to see how long it will run.
Next time (if ever), it crashes, it goes to the parts bin.  Not many
machines can make a claim like this.

Okay, that made me laugh. Then, don't bring the system down! ;-)

C'mon, here. The reliability ratings for machines can't take into account
how
often the users might take the system down! How in the world could the
manufacturer control that?
