We had some data on the server and it was putting a bit of a strain on the
AS/400 during the day. We are in the middle of an upgrade on the AS/400, so
my hope is to do more of the reporting in Crystal Reports from the AS/400.
We use the web feature of Crystal Reports which only requires the user to
have a browser.

Dan,

I had a little bit of experience with Crystal Reports a few years ago. And
I read the spec sheet on it just yesterday. The number of features were
astonishing to me. But it can connect to DB2 just as easily as SQL Server.
What made your company decide to move data to an Intel server?

Thanks,

Nathan.
