Yes.  We do it here.  V5R1 Client Access Express connected to AS/400 at
V4R4M0.

It works on NT 4.0 workstation and 2000 workstation for sure, as that's what
we're using it on.  Your guess is as good as mine on WinME, Win98 and Win95.

running OS V4R4 ?

Need only basic functions, 3250 display and file transfer. Ops Nav
functionality is unimportant.
