Thanks Jim, Lambton College is in Sarnia Ontario. They have a lot of
good technology programs including Computer Program Anaylst,
Programming, Cisco Networking, etc. Sarnia is located across from Port
Huron, Michigan which is 60 miles north of Detroit.

The CPA course starts out with AS/400 operations and then we work into
programming. We will have a term project assigned to us shortly and due
at the end of the semester that deals with creating programs using PDM,
Code Editor, etc. I have used an AS/400 when I worked at a bank, as that
was their equipment, however; I never did any programming.

The CPA program is a 3 year, cooperative program, and I am currently in
the first semester, as you can guess, however; I did take evening
courses previously on computer logic, problem solving, etc., to
determine if this was for me. I would eventually like to end up working
for a company that utilizes the AS/400 as part of their project team.
Thanks again.
Marg Parker
