Connected and configured is the big key point. If connected and configured for 
SNADS and ObjectConnect is installed, I might vote for SAVRSTOBJ. After that 
with SNADS, I'd probably choose SNDNETF.

If connected and TCP/IP is the available protocol, FTP is easiest although DDM 
is also possible in recent releases of OS/400. Note that DDM can have serious 
security implications if open to the world and DDM TCP/IP attributes do not 
enforce passwords.

If not connected/configured, the obvious route is SAVOBJ/RSTOBJ via tape or 
other medium.
