I hope that everyone will pray for an end to this madness.  I finally heard
from my husband, a long distance truck driver, who is in the
Brooklyn/Manhattan area making a delivery this morning.  Thank God he is
safe, at the moment, at least.

I was born and raised in England and lived in London during the IRA parcel
bomb and pipe bomb attacks. If this is in fact a terrorist attack of sorts,
(and I dont mean to sound blase, callous or cold) you HAVE to say "dont let
the bastards get to you".
Presently I work on Long Island, in the tallest building on Long Island, and
I see the fear and panic ...... incredible.
The question that comes to my mind is where is the intelligence gathering.
Not only of the United States, but also of the allies?

That's just what they're after, destabilization.
I am as horrified and angry as anyone at what has happened, but.
