Hmm. Do you have a firewall at work that could be blocking the download?
What kind of error message are you getting? Can you download PDF files from
other (non-IBM) sites? What browser are you using at work and home?

I was able to download both at home last night.  But I still could not
download either at work today.  Do you suppose the Norton Antivirus I
just loaded late last week is preventing it?  I sure can't find where it
would be.  I disabled Autoprotect and still no luck.
