Subject: Job logs

We have recently moved model-436 to 170 and using v4r5.
After we moved to the new box, this is what is happening.
Every time a user opens a 2nd session a log is created by the system and
clogs the print queues - Someone has to manually delete those to print the
reports etc.

Is there any thing that is set by system default and can be changed so that
it will not create these logs?

Thanks,

B Khan
