Have used FaxStar at one customer for over 11 years.
S36, RS6000, AS/400 versions.
Now have TCP/IP model (but not the latest/greatest)
We send out 200-2000 faxes a day over 2 lines, all faxes
have logos, signatures, etc. To the as400 it's a remote outq.
Also have 2 in-bound lines, and receive hundreds a day.
Had problems with 1st months of IP model, but now very stable.
Not using the capability for PC network to use.
Network admin has twice put in a cheaper NT solution, and twice
we threw them out. (you don't want to be re-booting the fax machine
receiving/sending orders!) Then he tried WinFax (and user's formed
a lynch party). Lasted 2 days.
