Ron,

For some unknown reason, when you are using the Override for
input you don't use the USER and PASS commands.  You just put
the Username and Password on the first line like:
ronk XXXX

took me a while of playing around before I got that right
combination, but it works.

Incidentally, your clue as to what is happening is in this output
line:
530 Log on attempt by user USER rejected.

it thinks your user name is "USER".  That's what told me that
I didn't' have to put in the USER FTP command.
