1) Buy an antique on e-bay
2) LPAR your current machine; keep V4R5 and put V5R1 in a new partition
3) Send the source to the E70 and compile it there
4) Set up DDM from the E70 to your modern machine (with the source) and
compile on the E70
5) Compile the entire application before going to V5R1 and "freeze" a copy
of the source and object code.  You can sell a new client but not customise.
6) Find a company in the area who is not likely to upgrade to V5R1 and
negociate for development time

When I was stuck like this, I had to resort to sending the source, but I
realise that not all systems have a compiler/editor.
