I have one of those (QAUGDBPMD2)!  It was created by my userID and is an
externally described *SYSTEM object.  There are several fields, among which
is "Name", "Memory Handle", "Jobs Monitored", "Data Monitored", and "Save
Library".

There is only one record in the file.  That record has no info in it other
than "Name" - QDBPM.  Data Base Performance Monitor??
